Welcome – I’ve had many years experience of working with children and I’m also a mother of three grown-up kids.
I qualified as an AMI Montessori Teacher and went on to set up my own school in 1995 – my first pupil was my own daughter! I ran The Chorleywood Montessori School for five years and am pleased to say, it continues to run today.
Becoming more interested in helping children therapeutically, I went on to work with families at the renowned Anna Freud Centre and also studied Developmental Psychology at University College London.
Further training led to my gaining a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy in 2003 and the following year I was invited to join a Hypnotherapy practice in London’s Harley Street.
I’m also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming and an Advanced NLP Therapeutic Specialist, having been trained by Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna – I am Licensed by The Society of NLP. I’ve also worked as an Assistant to Bandler and McKenna on their seminars, for many years.

- Binge-eating and Childhood Obesity (National Centre for Eating Disorders)
- Specialist NLP Training – for overcoming problems with dyslexia, spelling, reading, concentration and memory
- Coaching skills – I’ve been personally coached and trained by Michael Neill (best-selling author of ‘Supercoach’) on his Success Coaching, Coaching Mastery and Effortless Success programmes.
As well as the author of the best-selling ‘Stop Bedwetting in 7 days’, I’ve also written ‘Fix Your Life with NLP’ in which I explain NLP in really simple to understand terms and talk about the clients that I’ve helped over the years.
My articles have been featured in many magazines including Natural Health, Juno and Good Housekeeping and I’ve also been interviewed on many radio stations including BBC Radio 4, BBC Radios London, Cambridgeshire, Solent, Radio WM and Clyde 1 Radio.
